Suki 7.1
Patchouli and Sweet Orange essential oils blended with Echinacea and Camellia. Suki 7.1 is an awakening, revitalising and protective blend that is ideal for lifting the spirits and sharpening the mind.
Suki 7.1 Ingredients:
Patchouli (pogostemon cablin), Orange Sweet (citrus sinensis), Camellia (camellia oleifera), Echinacea (echinacea angustifolia), plus Citral, Limonene and Linalool which are naturally occurring constituents of essential oils.

Geranium, Mandarin and Lemongrass essential oils blended with Echinacea and Camellia. Recover your sense of tranquillity with the aid of Suki 7.2. A nurturing and stress releasing formula developed to relax the mind and calm the breathing.

Geranium (pelargonium graveolens), Mandarin (citrus reticulate), Lemongrass (cymbopogon citratus), Camellia (camellia oleifera), Echinacea (echinacea angustifolia) plus Citral, Eugenol, Geraniol, Citronellol, Limonene and Linalool which are naturally occurring constituents of essential oils.

How Suki7 yoga oils can be used to benefit you:
- Yoga and Pilates classes or at the gym - before starting, put 2-3 drops directly onto your yoga towel or on your wrists to enhance your workout.
- Bathing - add 4-10 drops to your bath after it has finished running. For children or individuals with sensitive skin, also add a tablespoonful of milk as this improves dispersion.
- Muscle pain - mix 2 drops with a tablespoon of Sweet Almond Oil or good quality Olive Oil and massage into the affected area or back.
- Sleeping - put 2 drops onto your pillow or the front of nightclothes to help you get a good night’s rest.
- Aromatherapy - put 4 drops into a small dish of water on top of an Aromatherapy burner.
